Please call for bulk wholesale discount pricing. The vinyl coated fabric is waterproof for the life of the fabric but unlike traditional canvas it doesn t breathe. Fabric to be treated must be dry. Vinyl coated fabrics are a good choice for bimini tops but unsuitable for enclosures such as sail covers or boat covers.

For tents and tipis we recommend our sunforger canvas. Vcp ripstop features increased strength paired with a soft hand and smooth matte surface. Sail canvas cleaner. Unless it is well ventilated condensation wets the underside of the fabric eventually leading to mildew.

This fabric is manufactured with a poly vinyl chloride coating as well as anti mildew and uv protection to combat against vigorous weather elements and formidable physical wear and tear. The ones with a silicone base will break down the acrylic fibers within the canvas causing it to become even more susceptible to moisture. Acrylic canvas like cotton canvas is a tight weave fabric. For awnings and boat covers we recommend our outdura marine canvas or industrial vinyls.

For maximum durability our multi purpose vinyl fabric is treated to help prevent uv damage and mildew. A spray on containing fluoropolymer is required to waterproof the shoes. Waterproofing will ensure that the canvas shoes remain durable and clean during the time they are worn. It has a soft hand and aesthetic smooth matte finish for a refined clean look.

Apply enough waterproofing with sprayer brush or sponge to thoroughly wet top surface. Our 18 oz pvc vinyl is sturdy and made to handle extreme outdoor conditions and heavy stress.
